The Terms for Using WingReserve

These terms cover your use of wingreserve.com. They are written to match what this site actually is: an independent travel comparison and research site that links to other companies. We don't sell travel, we don't take payments, and we don't hold your bookings.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
The short version
- WingReserve is free to use. There is no account and no signup.
- When you book, your contract is with the provider (for example Trip.com, Airalo or Kiwitaxi), not with us. Their terms apply to your booking.
- Many links are affiliate links. If you book through one, the provider pays us a commission. You don't pay more.
- Our prices and figures are for planning. Always confirm the live price and the rules with the provider before you pay.
1. Who We Are
"WingReserve", "we", "us" and "our" mean the independent founder who runs wingreserve.com. WingReserve is a one-person website, not a company with staff. You can read more on our About page.

2. What the Site Does and Doesn't Do
What the site does
- Publishes travel guides and cost research, with sources and check dates
- Shows search tools supplied by partner companies
- Links you to providers where you can book
What the site doesn't do
- Sell tickets, rooms, eSIMs, insurance or transfers
- Take your payment or store your card details
- Issue, change, cancel or refund any booking
- Give legal, medical, visa or financial advice
3. Bookings Are Made With Providers
When you leave WingReserve to book, you enter into an agreement directly with that provider. The provider sets the price, the payment terms, the cancellation and refund rules, the age and eligibility requirements, and the customer service. Read their terms before you pay.
4. Affiliate Links
Many links on the site are affiliate links, mostly through the Travelpayouts network. If you click one and book, the provider may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the provider's normal price.
Commission decides which types of service we cover. It does not decide what we recommend or how we rank options. The details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
5. Prices and Information
We check figures against named sources and show the date they were checked. Travel prices, fees, routes and entry rules still change often, sometimes daily. That means:
- Prices in our guides are for planning, not quotes or offers. Each one is labelled as an official rate, a typical range or our own estimate.
- Prices shown in partner search tools come from the partner, not from us, and can change until you pay.
- Visa, entry, health and insurance rules must be confirmed with the relevant government or provider before you travel.

6. Partner Tools and Other Websites
Some pages include search forms and widgets run by partner companies. When you use them, the partner's own terms and privacy policy apply to the information you enter. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.
7. Using the Site Fairly
You're welcome to read, share and link to any page. Please don't:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its hosting
- Copy our guides in bulk and republish them as your own
- Tamper with affiliate links or pretend to be WingReserve
We may block access from anyone who does these things.
8. Our Content and Trademarks
The text, tables, research and design of WingReserve belong to us, unless marked otherwise. You can quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. For anything more, email us first.
Brand names and logos of airlines, hotels and other providers belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those companies.
9. Messages You Send Us
If you send us a correction, tip or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve the site, without payment. We won't publish your name or email address without asking you first. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Limits of Our Responsibility
We provide the site as it is, free of charge. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- Losses caused by a provider, including cancellations, delays, refunds or service problems
- Decisions made using figures without confirming them with the provider or official source
- Indirect or consequential losses, such as missed trips or lost profits
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there, unless the consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
